We will meet inspirational HART partners providing hope, help and healing for their communities in some of the most challenging parts of our world today, including Sudan, South Sudan, Burma, Nigeria, Uganda and the historic Armenian land of Nagorno Karabakh. Please be prepared to cross some frontiers illegally (!) with us, as we reach victims of oppression and persecution often trapped behind closed borders.
