Loving people

The more we grow in skills and experience in ministry, the more God’s Word can feel to us like a tool we use rather than something we simply love because we love God. We’ll explore the dynamics of that tension, and how to keep love at the centre of our attitude to the Word.

Leading when you are part of a team. We will be exploring what a good team player and team leader looks like. Also learning what ‘voice’ we speak with and how as leaders we must learn how to adjust to, and then take others with us, who may have very different ways of putting their views.
